Manchester United History
Manchester United Football Club, commonly referred to as Man United or simply United, is one of the most successful and popular football clubs in the world. Founded as Newton Heath LYR Football Club in 1878, the club relocated to Old Trafford, Greater Manchester, and changed its name to Manchester United in 1902.
